Vita Biosa Original

 

Vita Biosa Orginal is the original formulation with its basis of 19 different herbs and 8 different cultures of lactic acid bacteria, and with no flavourings added. Vita Biosa Original has a fresh and sour taste, and some describe it as reminiscent of an unsweetened apple cider with a delightful molasses aftertaste (all the sugars in the molasses have been fermented to 0 g in the finished product). Due to the diverse blend of organic herbs in Vita Biosa, others describe the taste almost as a pizza toping, with elements of basil sometimes being very prominent in the flavour.

Ingredients: Water, organic molasses, 19 organic herbs 0.5% (anise, basil, fenugreek, dill, juniper, fennel, elder, ginger, angelica, chervil, liquorice root, oregano, peppermint, parsley, roman chamomile, rosemary, sage, large nettle, thyme), 8 different strains of microorganisms (B. lactis, B. longum, L. acidophilus, L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. salivarius, Lc. Lactis, S. thermophilus).

Vita Biosa Aronia

 

Vita Biosa Aronia Vita Biosa is based on the same herbs and lactic acid bacteria as Vita Biosa Original but with a round and soothing taste of blackcurrant, blueberries aronia and the organic sweetener Erythritol. Blackcurrant has become a very well acquired taste in many parts of the world, with its exotic and powerful flavour used for many different food and beverage types, while Aronia is often described as a complex and sensational taste. Aronia and Blackcurrant complement Vita Biosa very well, as they provide a slightly sweeter finish, and delicately round some of the sharper edges of the acidic flavour.

Ingredients: Water, organic molasses, organic sweetener Erythritol, organic blackcurrant concentrate (0.8%) organic aronia concentrate (0.4%), organic blueberry juice (0.2%), 19 organic herbs 0.5% (liquorice root, anise, basil, fenugreek, dill, juniper, fennel, elder, ginger, angelica, chervil, liquorice root, oregano, peppermint, parsley, roman chamomile, rosemary, sage, large nettle, thyme), 8 different strains of microorganisms (B. lactis, B. longum, L. acidophilus, L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. salivarius, Lc. Vita Biosa Rosehip

 

Vita Biosa Rosehip is based on the exact composition of Vita Biosa Original with the addition of the widely used Rosehip berry. Rosehip is often used in Tea making and many describe the flavour as sweet and zesty. Vita Biosa Rosehip has also been added a larger amount of ginger, giving it elements of both a prominent bitterness and a delicate underlying sweetness.

Ingredients: Water, organic molasses, organic rosehip concentrate, 19 organic herbs 0.5% (ginger, anise, basil, fenugreek, dill, juniper, fennel, elder, angelica, chervil, liquorice root, oregano, peppermint, parsley, roman chamomile, rosemary, sage, large nettle, thyme), 8 different strains of microorganisms (B. lactis, B. longum, L. acidophilus, L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. salivarius, Lc. Lactis, S. thermophilus).

Vita Biosa Ginger

 
 

Vita Biosa Ginger contains the same herbs and lactic acid bacteria as Vita Biosa Original but with an additional 0.8% cold-pressed ginger concentrate. Vita Biosa Ginger has a sour taste and a wonderful undertone of ginger. Just like the other variants, Vita Biosa Ginger is sugar free, since the lactic acid bacteria convert all the added molasses to lactic acid and other fermented substances.
